Air Quality Egg

This is the Air Quality Egg home, where you can find out what the Egg is, how to use it, download sample sketches and more.

What?

The Air Quality Egg is a sensor platform available as an Arduino shield, and soon as a wireless unit & base station.

It has four sensors built in – Temperature, Humidity, Carbon Monoxide, and Nitrogen Dioxide – and has room to add many more.

The Egg receives information from the sensors, processes it and uploads it to the Internet. By default, your information is accessible at Cosm.com. This is configurable by you.

UPDATE:

When adding your MAC address to Cosm.com, please use all lowercase. So “a0:c3:…” not “A0:C3…”. This is a quirk of the Cosm API – it should be case insensitive. We have alerted them to this.
